Start with your goal

What would make this useful for your organization?

You do not need a polished partnership proposal. Choose the closest starting point and give us the context you already have.

Hiring now

A role to share

Send the role, location or work arrangement, essential requirements, and deadline. We confirm whether it fits RenoMe's community channels before it is shared.

Employer access

A team to introduce

Host an information session about your work, workplace, hiring process, and what a strong application looks like in your sector.

Employee engagement

Expertise to contribute

Invite your people to mentor, lead a practice interview, speak at an event, or support a workshop with current industry insight.

Longer term

A relationship to build

Explore experiential projects, recurring engagement, or a corporate partnership shaped around your talent and community priorities.

What RenoMe adds

A better context for the first conversation.

RenoMe participants are developing the communication, leadership, and future-ready skills needed to move forward in Canada. Employer engagement adds what training alone cannot: current expectations from people doing the work.

That creates a useful point of contact before an application, interview, or longer-term collaboration.

  • Explain the opportunity before people applyGive professionals the role context, language, and expectations that job descriptions often leave out.
  • Meet people beyond keyword filteringCreate room for questions, professional judgment, and transferable experience to become visible.
  • Give your team a practical roleTurn industry knowledge into mentoring, interview practice, workshops, or career conversations.
  • Begin without a recruitment contractStart with one useful activity, learn from it, and decide whether a deeper relationship makes sense.

The first engagement

Small enough to start. Specific enough to matter.

Tell us the outcome

Share what you are hiring for, who you want to meet, or what your team can contribute—plus location and timing.

We confirm the fit

RenoMe reviews the request, explains what we can support, and protects participant choice and privacy from the start.

We agree on one next step

That may be a role share, employer session, mentoring activity, workshop, experiential project, or partnership discussion.

RenoMe is not a staffing firm or recruitment agency. We do not screen, rank, or guarantee candidates, and we never provide private participant profiles. Any hiring decision stays entirely with the employer.

Before you inquire

Practical answers for employers.

Can RenoMe send us a shortlist of candidates?

No. RenoMe can share a suitable opportunity or create an employer-community activity, but we do not verify qualifications, recommend individuals, or provide participant lists.

Can we meet professionals before we have an open role?

Yes. An employer information session, mentoring activity, practice interview, workshop, or experiential project can create useful contact before a specific vacancy exists.

What should we include in the inquiry?

Tell us the goal, audience or skill area, location or work arrangement, timing, and what you want participants to know or do. If it is a role, include the application route and deadline.

Is there a fee?

There is no fee to submit an inquiry or share a suitable employment opportunity. Any sponsored program or larger collaboration is discussed and scoped separately before you commit.

Bring us a real need

You bring the context. We'll identify the next useful step.

Tell us what you are hiring for, who you want to meet, or what your team can contribute. We will reply personally and tell you clearly what RenoMe can support.
