RenoMe is a community initiative supporting newcomers, internationally trained professionals, and professionals in transition. Through community learning, we help participants build confidence, strengthen professional skills, and develop meaningful connections. RenoMe is in its founding phase and is incubated by Renovon Consulting Inc.
As a Volunteer Program Manager, you will lead the direction, quality, and ongoing development of one RenoMe program. Working with the Founder, you will establish priorities, support the delivery team, and translate the program’s purpose into practical learning experiences.
This role focuses on program planning and participant outcomes. You will work with Project Managers on workshop and event delivery, with responsibilities agreed as the team develops.
Helpful, but not required:
Relevant experience gained through employment, volunteering, study, and work outside Canada is welcome. A specific degree or PMP certification is not required.
Your scope, availability, and activity attendance will be discussed and agreed before you begin.
